All of our items are customized and personalized just for you, which makes each piece unique and special. Because of this:
- All sales are final.
- We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed.
- Please double-check all spelling, photos, and personalization details before completing your order.
We take pride in creating each item with care and attention to detail. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos, and we’ll work with you to make it right.

These mugs are not dishwasher safe. Dishwashers apply extreme heat to the mug which may make the image fade. Please hand was only with a soft cloth.
