1. Processing Time
All orders are custom-made, so please allow 1-3 business days for processing before shipping.
Production time begins once all personalization details and any uploaded images/files are received.
2. Shipping Methods & Rates
We offer shipping via Canada Post and/or other trusted carriers.
Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, size, and destination.
Customers will see the shipping cost at checkout.
3. Delivery Times
Canada: 2 – 10 business days
These times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs, or other unforeseen factors.
4. Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect addresses.
5. Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email (if available).You can use this number to monitor your shipment’s progress.
6. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will work with the carrier to replace or refund your item if it is lost or damaged during shipping.
7. Local Pickup / Delivery (Optional)
If you are located near Cambridge, ON , you may select local pickup at checkout.
Delivery within your local area may also be available for a small fee — contact us for details.
