Refund & Returns Policy

 

At Anje's Unique Boutique, we take pride in creating custom, personalized items just for you. Because each item is made specifically based on your order, we have a strict no-return policy for most products. Please read below for details.

 

1. Personalized Items

All personalized or custom-made products are final sale.

We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun.

Please double-check all personalization details (names, dates, images) before placing your order.

 

2. Incorrect Items

If your item contains an error made by us, we will happily:

Replace the item at no additional cost, or

Issue a full refund for the affected product.

You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the item and provide photos of the damage or error.

 

3. Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once submitted.

 

5. Refund Process

Refunds, when applicable, will be issued via the original payment method.

Allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
