3. Image & Content Uploads

By uploading images or content, you confirm that you own the rights to use them or have permission to do so.

You agree not to upload any unlawful, offensive, or copyrighted content.

We are not responsible for the quality of the image provided; low-resolution photos may affect the final product.

4. Processing & Production Times

Production time begins once all order details and required images/files have been received.

Typical production time is 1- 3 business days, but may vary during busy seasons.

If additional information is needed from you, production will not begin until we have received it.

5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

All personalized/custom orders are final sale.

We do not accept returns or cancellations once production has started.

Refunds or replacements will only be issued if:

The item arrives damaged, OR

An error was made on our part.

If there is an issue, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We ship to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure your shipping details are accurate.

Delivery times vary depending on location and shipping method chosen.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control.

Once shipped, risk of loss passes to the customer.

7. Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.

We are not responsible for indirect damages, loss of profit, or misuse of products.
