All of our items are customized and personalized just for you, which makes each piece unique and special. Because of this:
- All sales are final.
- We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed.
- Please double-check all spelling, photos, and personalization details before completing your order.
We take pride in creating each item with care and attention to detail. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos, and we’ll work with you to make it right.
